I have a Bachelor's degree in Welsh and Spanish, I hold a PGCE specializing in the teaching of international languages and a Master’s degree in Politics. I have taught Welsh, Spanish, and French in UK secondary schools through the medium of both English and Welsh.
Both spoken and standard written Welsh are crucial for any learner of Welsh, whatever your reason for learning. My Welsh degree provides me with the expertise to help you master standard Welsh so you can access news articles, official announcements and everything in between. If you're looking for great chats, go no further. Rhys is a great debate partner - approachable, unapologetically Welsh, very clear and easy to follow, and genuinely engaging. He keeps the convos flowing naturally and always finds a way to make lessons fun while still helping improve grammar, pronounciation or whatever you puzzle him with.
