I’m a professional German teacher from Switzerland and I teach German and Swiss German as a second language full-time. I was born and raised in Switzerland and lived in Brazil for a couple of years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and speak English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish fluently.

I love all the funny moments that happen through language learning and the joy it can create, while also seeing the progress take shape. My lessons are fairly structured, as I believe it is very important to have a balance between speaking, building vocabulary, and understanding and using correct grammar.
From the very beginning, we speak in German. This might seem challenging or even intimidating at first, but I know how to adapt my language so you don’t get lost and can start speaking from early on. If we ever reach a barrier, we can quickly switch to another language for clarification — but you’ll soon see that this won’t be necessary anymore.
At the start of our lessons, you can tell me what your focus is: whether it’s communication for your day-to-day life, preparation for a certificate, or professional purposes.Il mio materiale didattico
