Speak Japanese with Confidence 🌱 Hello! Nice to meet you :) Are you studying Japanese but feel nervous about speaking? Do you worry about making mistakes or not knowing what to say? In my lessons, you don’t need to be perfect. This is a safe and relaxed space where you can try speaking Japanese at your own pace. I live in Japan now, but I used to live in the United States. This experience made me interested in different cultures around the world. I would love to hear about your country and where you live, too! 🗣 My lesson style: Friendly and patient conversation I speak slowly and clearly I support you when you can’t find words English support is available when needed I don’t interrupt too much — I want you to feel comfortable speaking 🌼 For you if you: Feel shy or not confident speaking Japanese Know some Japanese but can’t use it well in conversation Want to practice in a relaxed, no-pressure environment 🌿 What we do: Simple conversation based on easy topics I ask gentle questions to help you speak If you get stuck, I help you with words or sentences At the end, I give you a few useful corrections or phrases Let's enjoy Japanese!!

Marina-san, thanks so much for the relaxing and soothing vibe that you created since the first minutes of our lesson. It was very comforting and relaxed my stress A LOT! I really appreciate how you tried to understand the nature of my concerns around my speaking and all the suggestions you made on how to overcome them :) I think your history with learning English helps you a lot to "click" with you students! Marina-sensei is a kind and patient teacher! She makes the lessons very fun, and tailors it to suit my needs. I really appreciate the effort she puts into teaching me, and I have already learned so much from her. I really recommend her :)
