my first lesson with Joanna was really good! she came to the lesson very prepared and sent me a summary of everything we learned so I can review it later. I enjoyed talking to her and found her methods to be very easy to understand and suitable for my needs. I am buying a package now and I have a feeling it won't be the last one :)

Joanna has been really helpful in reviewing and revising my job search materials. She has also taught me many professional vocabulary while also explaining new grammar points that come up. She has also provided really good advice for navigating the job market in China. I really enjoy when she uses all Chinese (no English) to explain vocabulary and grammatical points. She also encourages me to speak by asking questions.

I have really valued my lessons with Joanna! Joanna has a tremendous sense of quickly gauging my skill level, developing programming uniquely catered to my personal skillset. Joanna is resourceful and thoughtful, especially when it comes to adapting lessons to my strengths and weaknesses.
