Mafe Zapata

This was my second lesson with Mafe, which we spent discussing a podcast episode that I picked out. Mafe came to the lesson very prepared, with interesting questions for us to discuss related to the episode. She also gave me many helpful corrections regarding Spanish grammar and vocabulary. I'm looking forward to taking more lessons with her!

Mafe has been such a wonderful Spanish teacher, I really appreciate how creative she is with her materials and tutoring style. We use whiteboards, videos, graphics, books, and homework for me to come back for more things to discuss. She is also just fun and easy to talk to, highly recommend.

Mafe has been a wonderful Spanish teacher in all the lessons I've had with them so far. Lots of engaging conversation, grammatical lessons, helpful resources and activities to do after class, and live corrections. Mafe is very gentle and patient with corrections and conversation flows very easily.

Mafe has helped me regain a lot of confidence speaking Spanish. She was very flexible in providing the type of feedback that was very useful but not overwhelming. She is an excellent listener and gave me the chance to speak a lot :) Thank you Mafe for the great lessons!
