Hi everyone, My name is Marie, and I’ve been teaching Swedish, English and Russian since 2009. I am a professional teacher and I have a TEFL/TESOL certification.
I worked as a university teacher, and I worked at several language schools in Russia. I also taught English in Asia for a couple of years. Currently, I only teach on Skype and work as a translator. I teach online every day, and I have students from all over the world. I'm friendly, flexible and very patient. I like discussing various topics such as music, films, food, technologies, traveling, culture, etc. I'm good at explaining grammar, so you can ask me any questions about that.
I prefer not to push but to inspire, and individual approach is my main principle. I let the students study at their own pace, and I always try to find the best way to help them achieve their goals. I'm happy to see how my lessons help my students to travel, to communicate with their family members, to find work in another country, to get another citizenship, etc. I also hope I can help people from different countries understand each other better.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
My teaching style is a combination of books and speaking practice. Sometimes, if it's reasonable, I also use videos and articles. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please don't hesitate to tell me.

Marie is a great teacher, very kind and encouraging. She provides great structured lessons and we do a variety of different exercises in every lesson. Her classes have really motivated me to learn Swedish and I feel like I am making progress in every lesson. I highly recommend her! Tack för idag!
