Hello. My name is Hoyoun. I live in Geoje, second largest island in Korea.
(I used to live in Gyeryong as you can see in my video).
I majored in computer science at school and I worked as an S/W enigneer at an electronics company. Realizing how wonderful it could be to understand and teach languages, I studied Korean language education at online school and started teaching Korean on italki.
I never thought I would make it this far. I'm glad that I'm on the right track and enjoying this.
As for learning languages, I believe that we can learn more naturally by reusing and reorganizing sentences or phrases that we've heard before. It's all about repetition. Thank you.Che tipo di insegnante sono
<Rescheduling, Attendance policy and criteria>
1) No-show, no refund.
When the student doesn't show up on time without prior notice, I can wait for 20 minutes.
After this I'll consider this as no-show and the lesson fee will be fully charged.
In case of my no-show, the credit will be returned and the next lesson will be free of charge.
2) Rescheduling through italki system is always OK. You don't need to ask me.
3) Cancelation
If you want to cancel the lesson at least 3 hours before the class time I'll accept it, but if the
request is sent within 3 hours before the lesson time I'll charge half of the lesson fee.
4) I don't teach children or students under 18.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
I usually speak English when I teach if you're a beginner. But when it comes to our target expressions or goals, I try to speak as much Korean as possible.
I can use 6 different series of text books. But when there is no specific request for text books, I use 1 or 2 series of text books which I think are the best so far. Please send me messages if there are specific text books you want to study. Of course I can teach you without any text books, in this case my lesson notes are the most important studying materials.
I don't privide discounts for lesson packages but you can request "terminate package" at any time without any explanation. I'll accept it without asking.Il mio materiale didattico
