I am a certified teacher of Italian with several years of professional experience in teaching Italian to adults and children. I have helped many students to learn Italian, from absolute beginners to more advanced. I have also helped students prepare for the CELI/CILS exams and university admission.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
My lessons are focused on students' objectives and interests. Whatever your learning objectives and the reasons why you want to learn Italian, I will be helping achieve your goals. Especially, we will be focusing on the topics that interest you most. After the trial lesson or first lesson, I will prepare a teaching plan designed on your needs and expectations and based on the time that you can invest in learning the language. For each lesson, I will provide all the material that you will need. Lessons will be taught in Italian with the support of other languages (English or Spanish).

Irene is a wonderful teacher, I cannot recommend her enough.
She has great knowledge of Italian and multiple other languages. She is able to help me to improve my language skills with the right pace and she is flexible to adjust the course base on my needs.
during the lessons we also talk about the cultural aspect of life in Italy so I am learning a lot besides the Italian language.
Studying Italian and learning from her is fun and interesting.
If you are looking for a native speaker, knowlgable, kind and flexible teacher with the professional skills; Irene could be your ideal teacher in your journey to learn Italian.

I have been taking lessons on Italki in various language for about 4 years now and I can honestly say that Irene is one of the best teachers I have ever had! Her classes are a perfect mix of free conversation and a focus on a grammar or language point of some sort. She is very knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining stickier grammar points and providing me with guided practice to improve my Italian skills. A highly recommended teacher!
