First, Maria is a truly amazing person! She is always full of energy and brings a day-brightening attitude to each lesson. The hour flies by — every time. In fact, while her iTalki video is good, it does not truly do justice to her energy and sense of humor. Maria is also a very effective teacher. Eugenia is a very perceptive instructor who can pick up on exactly what I'm having the hardest time with very quickly. I thoroughly enjoy her engaging manner and the various activities/games that help with those trouble spots.

Maria is such a good teacher. I started learning in December last year in preparation for a trip to Central America in May this year. The help Maria gave me was so useful and enabled me to focus on the most important grammar to be able to express myself. Her teaching gave me the confidence I needed, and for this reason I am keen to continue. I also appreciate the sincere interest she has in helping me to reach my personal goals.
