¡Hola a todos, y bienvenidos! I'm Victoria, a native Spanish and Literature teacher from Uruguay 🇺🇾, specialised in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. For the last 15 years of my life, I've been helping students from all over the world to achieve fluency and fall in love with Spanish.
I teach both online and in person in the UK, where I'm currently based, and I also create content on Social Media (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Patreon), where I share Spanish vocabulary, grammar tips, language learning advice, and all things Rioplatense Spanish and culture. I’ve been learning languages since I was 8, so I understand the journey, the excitement, the struggles, the frustration, the embarrassment. As a teacher, I'm all about creating a warm, supportive space where you feel confident and motivated while building real-life communication skills. I believe language learning should be fun, meaningful, and personal; never one-size-fits-all. I bring in humor, real talk, and topics that matter to you. My lessons are anything but traditional. My goal is to help you speak Spanish in real-life situations, not to become an expert in fill-in-the-blank exercises or verb conjugations. Instead, I’ll help you talk about the things that matter to you, whether it’s your hobbies, passions, or goals. Every lesson will be tailored to you, focusing on the topics that excite you, so you’re always engaged and motivated. I had an excellent conversation with Victoria about different countries and customs. She has traveled a lot, which is always fun to talk about! She was also very good at helping me build my vocabulary and offer multiple options for words or phrases I was struggling with!

My best lesson ever!
Although I have been learning Spanish for a while I am still nervous to speak the language and because of that make mistakes, Victoria was very patient and made me feel at ease, able to speak at my own pace . She helped me with new vocabulary and pronunciation.
I would recommend her as a teacher.
I am looking forward to my next lesson.

Veronica is great! She facilitates conversation in Spanish as well as explaining things in English. She does a great job of explaining concepts that can be confusing
