¡Hola a todos, y bienvenidos! I'm Victoria, a native Spanish and Literature teacher from Uruguay 🇺🇾, specialised in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Since 2009, I've been helping students from all over the world to achieve fluency and fall in love with Spanish. I teach both online and in person in the UK, where I'm currently based, and I also create content on Social Media where I share everything from vocabulary to grammar tips, language learning advice, and all things Rioplatense Spanish and culture. I’ve been learning languages since I was 8, so I understand the journey: the excitement, the struggles, the frustration, the embarrassment. As a teacher, I'm all about creating a warm, supportive space where you feel confident and motivated while building real-life communication skills. I believe language learning should be fun, meaningful, and personal; never one-size-fits-all. I bring in humor, real talk, and topics that matter to you. Whether you're into art, travel, or technology, we’ll use content you care about to boost your fluency and deepen your connection with the language. My lessons are anything but traditional. My goal is to help you speak Spanish in real-life situations, not to become an expert in fill-in-the-blank exercises or verb conjugations. Together, we’ll build practical skills that help you express yourself confidently in the real world. I'm really looking forward to meeting you!

I had an excellent conversation with Victoria about different countries and customs. She has traveled a lot, which is always fun to talk about! She was also very good at helping me build my vocabulary and offer multiple options for words or phrases I was struggling with!

My best lesson ever! Although I have been learning Spanish for a while I am still nervous to speak the language and because of that make mistakes, Victoria was very patient and made me feel at ease, able to speak at my own pace . She helped me with new vocabulary and pronunciation. I would recommend her as a teacher. I am looking forward to my next lesson.

Veronica is great! She facilitates conversation in Spanish as well as explaining things in English. She does a great job of explaining concepts that can be confusing
