Hello! My name is Chris and I'm a British teacher of English living in the South of Spain. I love languages and different cultures and this has allowed me to teach 3 languages in 4 different countries in 2 different continents. I love talking about news, culture and whatever you are passionate about. I now work in Spain as an English teacher helping students prepare for Cambridge exams and also providing conversation and fluency classes to help students perfect their language skills. I favour a communicative approach because I believe that a teacher and their student must bring a language to life to really appreciate it. I believe in a good balance between the four skills, and I believe that grammar is fundamental in the studying of a language. At the beginning of our sessions I will ask you what your short and long term goals are. This will heavily influence the lessons I give you. I am an adaptable teacher and am happy to take things in the direction that you want them to go, with my support and advice at hand.Il mio materiale didattico

I always relish our conversational classes. A myriad of topics, various points of view and sometimes challenging questions turns our discussions into something unique but always incredibly interesting. Chris is a very intelligent, affable and patient tutor and through his constructive feedback I can improve my language skills.

I was delighted with the lesson with Chris. He is incredibly attentive as a teacher and gave me a lot of support (I haven't spoken English in about two years). I am very glad that I chose Chris to improve my English :)

Conversation lesson seemed very useful to me. We discussed three different articles from the news in 45 minutes. The teacher asked bunch of questions related to the articles and corrected me a lot.
