My name is Anna and I live in St. Petersburg, one of Russia’s cities most popular with foreign tourists.

Though not a professional teacher, I have been studying foreign languages most of my life, so I know how difficult it is when you start learning a new language and exploring a new culture. My lessons are designed to be fun and interesting. We will discuss topics of interest to you and learn a great deal in the process. I will recommend some Russian films and books for you and prepare homework tailored to your specific needs. Perhaps you are planning a trip to my city and would like to find out about some of the most beautiful or interesting places to visit, or maybe you just need some general advice? - I am here to help! The notorious first “awkward” lesson - but she made me completely at ease.
Despite the fact that she is “just” a tutor, she is sensitive, patient, empathetic, attentive and an interesting interlocutor - in short, all the qualities of a considerably more experienced professional teacher. (She also speaks several languages)!

I recommend her because she's patient and the pace she uses to speak and read is good for me as a beginner. That was a good investment in time and money.
