Yousef is excellent at revisiting key concepts and using different strategies to ensure I am progressing. Very approachable and responsive to the context and reason for my interest in learning the language.

Youssef is a fantastic teacher because he is patient and encouraging. I don't stress about making mistakes because he gives corrections in a kind way. Also, if I'm not sure how to say something, he helps me think through it by asking me questions I do know the answer to. Through this approach, I can still often find the answer through my own understanding which is helping me build confidence in the language. Very efficient, humorous, and encouraging teacher. Each lesson introduces a new concept while building on previous ones, so I don't feel overwhelmed and I'm now starting to speak in longer sentences :-)
