I am an Italian, Spanish, and French teacher with a Master’s in Italian language and culture, plus teaching certifications. My passion for languages began at 17 in France, leading me to teach while traveling. Having lived in seven countries and learning my seventh language, I bring a multicultural approach. I started giving private lessons when I was 17 years old and since then I never stopped!
I have a Master's Degree in teaching Italian as a foreign language, a Degree in Foreign Languages and I obtained the CELTA and the TEFL for teaching English as a second language. I also attended some courses offered by Cambridge. I have experience in teaching all levels, one to one and groups up to 16 people.
I have worked in private schools and also in associations and currently I am a French and English teacher in an International School here in Germany.

I always use a communicative approach and this means that I always push my students to talk and to use the language. For this reason I use a lot realia, videos, songs and pictures in order to trigger conversation. Usually I also push my students to read: I provide graded readings and if they want we can dedicate the first 5 minutes of each lesson to talk about the book and the story. I teach grammar with dynamical activities and I always search for extra interesting and stimulating materials that can span from ads to poems. I will provide for each lesson homework, the pdf used for the lesson and a detailed feedback so that the student can learn from it and revise on his own.Il mio materiale didattico

Veronica ist eine herausragende Italienisch-Lehrerin, bei der ich bereits viele Stunden genommen habe. Jede Stunde ist nicht nur lehrreich, sondern auch äußerst unterhaltsam gestaltet. Sie schafft es, die Sprache lebendig zu machen und vermittelt dabei stets neue Erkenntnisse. Besonders schätze ich die individuellen Korrekturen, die ich per Chat erhalte – so kann ich meine Fehler gezielt verbessern. Veronica ist nicht nur fachlich kompetent, sondern auch sehr nett und geduldig. Sie geht auf die Bedürfnisse ihrer Schülerinnen und Schüler ein und schafft eine angenehme Lernatmosphäre. Ihre positive Art motiviert mich, noch mehr zu lernen. Ich kann Veronica jedem, der Italienisch lernen möchte, sehr empfehlen.

Veronica is an amazing teacher! She is very open, flexible, reliable, empathetic and fun. She always makes sure
the topics and the methods are perfectly adapted to you goals and preferences. She is patient and corrects your mistakes without making you feel bad at all. She also uses a variety of methods .
I would recommend her to anyone who wants to learn Italian!
