My passion is teaching, and I enjoy helping adult learners who are serious about improving their English for conversation, Business English, and real-life communication.
I’m a certified ESL teacher (TEFL, University of Toronto) with a specialization in Business English and a Bachelor’s degree in Business. I also bring over 40 years of experience in the software industry, along with teaching business courses, allowing me to offer practical, real-world English used in professional settings.
My lessons are friendly, structured, and fully personalized. We focus on speaking practice, fluency, pronunciation, and building confidence through real-life communication. This may include conversations, meetings, presentations, interviews, emails, and reports. I also enjoy working with professionals in technical and medical fields.
As someone currently learning Spanish, I understand the challenges of speaking a second language. I provide patient, supportive guidance to help you improve step by step.

I home-schooled both of my children for a few years (grade 6 - 12), and taught adult education courses. I feel this vast experience makes me more knowledgeable, applicable, and approachable.
