Hello, my name is Sarah, and I am from Canada! I have been teaching English as a second language for over nine years. I've lived in different countries such as China, Taiwan, Thailand and Mexico. I hold a bachelor's in Communications as well as my TEFL certification. I love to travel, and so far I have been to over 60 different countries around the world, my favorites being Italy, Thailand, and Spain. I enjoy learning about different cultures and lifestyles, art, music and living a healthy natural lifestyle. I look forward to being your English teacher!

I understand the difficulties in learning a new language, and my students have told me that I am very patient and understanding. I teach primarily conversational English, with a focus on conversational grammar and pronunciation while introducing new vocabulary, phrases, and idioms. If you are looking to improve your English before your next vacation, business trip or even for an interview, I would be happy to help! The bottom line is, it's your class! I am very flexible with my teaching style and do my best to accommodate my students! I find teaching to be extremely rewarding, and I love seeing my students excel! If you are a beginner and want to practice conversational English, or basic greetings, maybe you want to rehearse for your next presentation, that's fine too! My most popular course is my intermediate-advanced travel course. For the past few years I have specialized in travel, and this is what I am most passionate about, so feel free to try it out!
