Nach drei Jahren als Englisch- und Spanischlehrerin schloss ich 2023 zusätzlich die DaF-Ausbildung ab, da ich es liebe, Sprachen zu unterrichten! In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne in der Natur, nähe, stricke und lese. Ich habe bereits in den USA und in Spanien gelebt, und lebe derzeit in London. Hier unterrichte ich seit Oktober Vollzeit Deutsch - online und in Schulen.

After three years of teaching English and Spanish, I completed a DaF training course in 2023, because I love teaching languages! In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, sewing, knitting, and reading. I’ve lived in the US and Spain, and I’m currently based in London. Depending on your level and on your goals, the lessons look differently. I have a few lessons with Sophie now and can confidently say that she is a great teacher. She is always prepared and organized in her lessons, which is super helpful. She is also very patient with me and encouraging. I appreciate that she speaks to me in German as much as possible, adjusting her speech so I can understand. Would definitely recommend !

Really happy with the session! It was tailored to my needs. I am glad I had so many opportunities to speak and discover new words.

Danke für die Stunde, ich hatte viel Spaß. Was gefällt mir ist dass du wirklich für die Stunde vorbereitest und macht auch ein Plan für nächste Stunden. Das ist nicht standard hier auf Italki. Bis nächstes mal.

Very good experience. This was my 1st first trial lesson with Sophie. She is very friendly. I am not normally at ease speaking, especially in German, but she was very patient and I felt comfortable enough to speak. Looking forward to attending more sessions.
