Her camera was not working and I waited 30 minutes for her to figure it out to start the lesson. The only thing was I paid for a 60 minute class but the class description I booked said 30 or 45 minutes and she ended the class early. When I inquired, she said it was because her class description clearly states it’s 30-45 minutes only. She said italki requires that she also includes a 60 minute class so that’s why she did. I feel that she should have made the 45 minute and 60 minute class the same price not higher for 60 minute class then so people don’t pay more for the 60 minute class and end up with a shorter class but it wasn’t that much of a difference so wasn’t really a big deal but it would have been nice if she checked ahead and asked me to change to a 30 or 45 minute class so I don’t pay more for the 60 minute class which she didn’t offer. Other than starting 30 minutes late and paying a higher fee for a 60 minute class she didn’t offer, the class was fine and she was nice.
