I have a degree in teaching French and also spanish. I'm passionate about sports (Aerial Silks, Cycling, Rock climbing), traveling, and photography. I like cooking! I speak Spanish and French. I have experience teaching French to foreign language speakers (also Spanish). If you are looking for a teacher who could help you practice or to learn a language from scratch, you are in the right spot. I know how difficult it is at the beginning but nothing is impossible. With a little bit of work, we will reach your goals as soon as possible. I have taught students in both one-on-one and large group settings, making me flexible and adaptable. I have been working with Jessica for one year, and in that time I have progressed from basically 0 french to being able to have conversations, read articles, and listen to French podcasts. She is so engaging and fun to talk to, and she also has a wealth of resources (textbooks, activities, etc) to facilitate learning. I would recommend her to anyone looking to learn French!

I really enjoy my classes with Jessica. We always spend some time chatting about culture, past events, upcoming plans and daily life activities. This gives me the opportunity to practice what I’ve learned while engaging in real life conversation.
This is followed by reviewing homework and learning new vocabulary, grammar concepts, oral expression, listening and comprehension exercises. I find this format well structured for learning French.
Jessica is an experienced language professor and is talented in understanding the student’s level and creating a course to meet their individual needs.
