hey! I'm Tanya, I was born in Russia and lived there for 16 years. I moved to Germany and currently, I'm finishing my bachelor's in social and cultural studies. I also lived for a while in the UK, so can switch comfortably whenever you may need guidance in other languages.
As I moved to a new language-speaking surrounding a couple of times, I know how hard it could be to communicate with native speakers. Don't worry about it at all! I will do everything to make our classroom a very friendly and comfortable zone for trying things out :)Che tipo di insegnante sono
I have been doing italki classes since may 2022 and gained a lot of experience in helping out with spoken Russian and proofreading texts. I am very chill and flexible but punctual and reliable in terms of the way we organise lessons.
Making friends with people from different parts of the world, I am open to talking about culture, history, literature, habits of Russians, and (not only language) clichés! I always prepare some topics for the talk or extra materials (in case you need them) and try to explain language features with my experience of learning old east Slavic and (for sure) intuition :)
We could manage, what kind of feedback you find acceptable and if you want to have some homework (like listening to podcasts or reading articles) :)
If you need help with proofreading your texts, I would love to spend time during the lesson speaking about your texts and explaining my corrections/suggestions.Il mio materiale didattico

The amount of time that I spent with her on this platform was just GREAT👍 The first time I contacted with her 2-3 months ago with the task of improving my spoken Russian which I needed so much. I needed to find a teacher who would help me find and correct all my grammar mistakes and improve my pronunciation in a short time. My results exceeded all expectations and all thanks to Tanya. For the first two weeks we paid attention to the main topics in Russian grammar and after that we had only communication on various topics. We did this because she clearly explained all my mistakes and gave specific instructions on how I could correct my mistakes. She supports any conversation very well, her sense of humor is also at a high level, time just flies with her. I will book Tanya's lessons again because I don't wanna lose the person who helped me find confidence in Russian and remove all language barriers. I recommend to all!

I had a fun lesson with Tanja! I told her that I was interested in conversation practice and we did just that in our lesson! Tanja provided me with the necessary corrections when I made mistakes. It was very helpful and I hope to have many more conversations with her! Спасибо большое)) ;)

Had a great lesson with Tanya! We chatted about a variety of topics, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easily I kept up and joined in. Tanya has a really natural, relaxed way of teaching — spontaneous, encouraging, and just fun to talk to. She made the whole experience feel effortless. Can’t wait for the next one!
