I am very pleased to assist students who have the desire to improve their English language skills, as well as getting to know them, their interests and what their goals are for the lessons. I am a "people" person and have a great interest in finding out who a person is and how they feel about whatever they have on their minds, if that is accpetable to them. In addition, I love to learn about my students' culture, their traditions and I will also answer questions about mine as well. Texas is a very interesting state to live in, and I feel its history is quite exciting. Music is one of my passions, and I enjoy playing the piano, and practice as often as possible.
Che tipo di insegnante sono
Upon completing a 120-hour TESOL course in December, 2018. that motivated me to tutor English, so began my journey as a Community Tutor on italki, in January, 2019. I feel English is a very interesting language,not because it is my native language, but because of the varied aspects of the language: the basic tenses, pronunciation, vocabulary and idioms, just to name a few. The grammar can be a bit initmidating, however, the basics are very necessary. In addition, I do feel punctuation is important, not only in reading, but also in speaking and in writing. As a tutor, I want the student to be comfortable and enjoy the lesson, and to feel free to ask questions, which I welcome.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
It is important that the lessons are practical and useful for the students' goal of becoming fluent in the English language. There could be many situations throughout their day where they may feel at a loss for words, in a real sense, because of not being familiar with various terms and phrases. We will work on what the students' needs are, be it conversation, making appointments, interviews, introducing themselves, etc. I include Reading Comprehension which usually has questions after the text has been read, and then discuss the reading and if there are any questions, especially about the vocabulary or any unfamiliar words, we will review them, and I also use "Brain Games," for all ages.Il mio materiale didattico

This lesson was excellent. We learned new rules for me: present simple, present continuous, past simple, past continuous and present perfect. And also answered questions on the grammar test and spoke about a lesson in piano. Thanks to Marsha for help and attention.
