I was looking for a teacher to help me practice my conversation skills, and I’m so glad I found Agustina! Agustina creates a supportive, engaging atmosphere in her classes, which makes it easy for me to practice my Spanish without worrying about making mistakes. Her methodology of using comprehensible input and creative interactive lessons is genuinely enjoyable, and even though I’ve only taken a few classes so far, I’ve learned a lot of new vocabulary! I also appreciate that Agustina brings a variety of materials to class so that I can learn through context, whether it is through reading, conversation, storytelling, or games. I highly recommend taking her classes, especially if you are using a lot of comprehensible input in your language learning journey or if you’re looking for a fun way to practice and learn Spanish.

Really recommend Agustina highly!! She uses a comprehensible input/TPRS approach which is such a great way to learn this wonderful language. Also, a great teacher and super friendly. Agustina is always prepared with interesting pictures and stories. She begins our lessons by asking me questions to help me start thinking and responding in Spanish. She is patient and we have a lot of fun together in our lessons.

Today I had another fun hour with Agustina, immersed in the language and Argentine culture. I learned the word "carpincho". Agustina's classes are as chill as a carpincho. Her no-correction classes make for a very fun atmosphere to enjoy language learning. She always comes prepared with new materials appropriate for my language level, that explore both the human and animalistic side of Argentina. It's a wonderful hour of Spanish immersion and conversation.

Agustina is a good-hearted, open-minded individual who seamlessly creates a welcoming, compelling, and supportive environment in which I feel comfortable enough to even express my inchoate ideas. She's great at finding the sweet spot where she talks to me in a way that's appropriate to my level but also challenges me to dip my toes into unknown waters and discover new aspects of vocabulary, grammar or culture. She always comes prepared, eases into the lesson, and provides engaging materials. She's open to suggestions and caters to my interests. She's truly patient and always provides a safe space to express myself freely without feeling a sense of judgment or pressure, but also steps in when I need guidance. If you're looking for a teacher who uses comprehensible input-based approches, who is kind, patient, interesting, and funny, if you want your lessons to be multilayered, thought-provoking, and entertaining, then Agustina is the right choice.
