I encourage you to speak and participate in conversation as much as you can. You are more than welcome to make mistakes! This can help you to put the theories into actual practise, clear up any ambiguities, and consolidate a natural expression.
~ENGAGING~
We will start with any topics that interests you. I will also devise different activities and methodologies that accommodate to your needs. For example, if you are struggling with the pronunciation, we can try out a few tongue-twisters!
~ENJOYABLE~
Sit back and enjoy! That's how you can keep yourself motivated on the language learning journey!

My class will be mainly CONVERSATIONAL, during which we will cover different things such as:
~ Pronunciation, Grammar & Expression
~ Cultural References (to help you understand how the language functions in different contexts)
~ Tricks & Tips on language learning
~ Various Media & Materials (e.g. songs, movies, articles)
In order to ensure that the lessons are catered to your specific needs, feel free to tell me about your goals and preferences in our first session. :)
** Class will be treated as completed in case of absence or lateness without prior notice.

Thanks Yola for the lesson! Highly recommend Yola’s lessons to all friends who wanna improve Cantonese. Every Yola’s lesson is customized to my need and learning progress.
