Hello everyone! Welcome to my profile! I'm Alessandra, a passionate English teacher dedicated to helping you improve your English skills. Originally from the United States, I currently reside in beautiful Paris, France. With two years of experience teaching English abroad in a primary school and ongoing studies for my master's degree in education, I am well-equipped to support your language learning journey. I hold a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy and political science from the University of Washington, and I am also a certified TESOL instructor. My teaching approach aims to build your confidence in the language through authentic practice in grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and sentence structure. Beyond teaching, I have a variety of interests that include language learning, reading, hiking, and exploring cultural sites throughout Europe. I am fascinated by history, visual arts, theater, psychology, and music, and I love engaging in open debates on these topics, as well as discussing current events and contemporary societal issues.
