I’m Edison, born and raised in the Philippines. I hold a business degree and a TEFL certification, and I work as a geospatial analyst. After four years in the corporate world, I moved to Europe to teach—first as an English assistant in Madrid, then privately—and later lived in the Czech Republic and Lithuania. I’m a multilingual learner: self‑studied French & Spanish; conversational Italian & Portuguese; travel‑ready Russian & Czech; and now tackling Indonesian. Edison is seriously the best- he's super patient and really cares about your learning. I feel like that's a large reason why I've made so much progress with him! Definitely take his classes if you want to learn how to express and articulate your thoughts :)

Another great lesson with Miguel! We chatted in Tagalog and then went through a roleplaying scenario. Miguel is always very patient and easygoing, even though I'm sure I'm making tons of mistakes! Maraming salamat!

Another great class with Miguel! We had some good casual conversation, did another practical roleplaying scenario, and then continued to go over various Filipino Christmas traditions. His classes are always interesting and engaging. Maraming salamat!
