My name is Alexander, I am Colombian and I enjoy teaching my mother tongue, Spanish.
I am a lover of nature, literature, and food. I also see entertainment in visiting the library and reading a nice book. I studied Communication at the university, but soon after finishing I started teaching English and Spanish.

I am passionate about teaching. I love the idea of being an instrument for others to learn and communicate better. Working as a Spanish teacher allows me to exert my devotion to students. My classes are based on the student´s needs; accordingly, I design the lessons in a communicative way. The students will find interaction in most of the classes. The exercises are set in context and real-life activities will be developed during the classes. I just had my first lesson with Alexander, and he was very patient and gracious with me! He helped me to express my thoughts clearly in Spanish, and he also clearly discussed a path forward for improving my language abilities. I am excited for our next class!
