I am a family guy: have two kids, a dog and a beautiful wife. I love to write and to teach. I like comics, music, movies and videogames. Yup, I am a nerd. I have some blue ribbons on writing: poetry, journalist articles, and the sort.
I have two grades (Journalist and Philology) and three master grades.
One limitation, to avoid misunderstandings, I only teach adults now.Che tipo di insegnante sono
Teaching is a late calling for me.
In July, 2010, I obtained the Master in Teaching (Bolonia endorsed). I had been a support teacher in Middle and High Schools, an English teacher in Spain and a teacher of Spanish abroad (a year and a half in Norway as a ‘spansklærer’), and this year I was offered the chance to become a teacher in the Spanish Department in the Southern Federal University at Rostov on Don (Yu-Fu).
Tough as I said I had experience teaching kids and youngsters, right now I dont want to have this kind of students and less if it is unannounced and without giving me the chance to decide if I want them or not (two experiences of the sort lately)Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
A language is something beyond grammar and spelling. It is the Culture (and the culture) of its people, it is to learn to understand how 45 million Spaniards and over 400 million people all over the world live and think and relate to each other. I want to open this world to my students. Therefore I will offer them a journey through Spanish history, arts, and societyto raise their imagination and feed their minds. A most rewarding occupation.
I adapt my lessons to my pupils/students, I focus on a conversation-based approach, but I can also teach grammar and vocabulary. If you have any material that you need to discuss, I am willing to work it out with you.Il mio materiale didattico

So far, I've had one lesson with Rafa, but it was very fun and informative. Rafa is very friendly and easy to talk to and will make your lesson fun. We finished our lesson with listening to Spanish music together! I intend to continue practicing with Rafa until I visit Spain!
