Luxembourgish is mostly a spoken dialect. Finding practice material or conversation partners at the right level can be harder than for other languages.
That's where I come in. Phil is a superb Luxembourgish teacher. Thanks to him, I passed C1 Luxembourgish and continue to progress. He has a wealth of knowledge about how Luxembourgish became what it is today and about the history of the country.
