Hi! My name is Victoria Aguilar. I’m Mexican and I love the idea that by exchanging languages we can learn from other cultures.
I'm convinced that in order to stay alive, the human being must always continue learning. This is why I'm always trying new stuff (languages, sports, recipes, etc). Currently, I'm learning French and Japanese, practicing yoga and trying new recipies every now and then!Che tipo di insegnante sono
I have a degree in Education as a Spanish teacher and I'm also certified by Cambridge as an English teacher. As you can see in my resume I have several certificates, one of them is the IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) this enables me to help you with your pronunciation skills.

I love having fun; therefore, I try to have a little bit of everything in my classes. Like: grammar, spelling and reading, but also Mexican slang, conversations, videos, songs, and games!
I also believe that it's important for my students to continue practicing after our lessons. This is completely optional, but if you want to, I can send you homework related to the topic that we learned during class. ¿Como sabes que tienes la mejor profesora? when you stare blankly into space (for minutes possibly hours)trying to form a cohesive sentence in spanish.. and then an epiphany! boom the words flow en espanol .. and boom you nailed it! as she smiles at you and then says--> no correcto :) :) triste :):) if you want a teacher that makes it fun engaging and when she corrects you she makes you want to learn more. then this is your profesora... truly professional and I believe she wants you to get it. amazo.

Me encantan mis clases con Victoria. Es una profesora increíble y las clases son siempre divertidas. A veces me pone nerviosa hablar en español, pero en mis clases puedo relajarme y nunca tengo miedo. La gramática puede ser difícil, pero Victoria tiene juegos, videos, y ejercicios divertidos para ayudar. En cada clase, siento que estoy mejorando mi español. ¡Ahora puedo escribir comentarios en español! ¡Muchas gracias por las clases!

Lo siento si suena como un estudiante de secundaria.
Me alegro de que seas mi profesora y comenzamos una amistad en línea.
Te extrañaré espero que algún día podamos empezar de nuevo. pero, A menos que tengas habilidades sobrehumanas, será al menos en 2030. a lo mejor.

I highly recommend class with Victoria! She has a thoughtful class prepared every time, and has tailored it to my specific learning needs. Victoria creates a document to track each lesson and provides homework (optional) and numerous lists of learning resources. Beyond that, Victoria is so genuine and enthusiastic. Each class is upbeat and Victoria always welcomes any questions that I may have. I feel very comfortable in class. If you are thinking about taking a class with Victoria, don't hesitate. She is excellent.

She always comes with a fantastic lesson tailored for you. She reminds me of those really good teachers you had in high school that just keep you going and make you learn.
