I started learning Italian with Martina, from scratch, almost two years ago. I have had an excellent experience and I am now studying at B2 level. She was patient and encouraging throughout the lesson, and she provided clear explanations and examples to help me to understand the grammar concepts I am working on. I had plenty of opportunities to practice my conversation skills and receive feedback on my pronunciation and grammar. One of the things that stands out about Martina is her ability to tailor the lesson to my specific needs and interests. She takes the time to understand my goals and incorporate relevant vocabulary and scenarios into the activities. Overall, I would highly recommend Martina as an Italian teacher. I am really enjoying my lessons. When I began with Martina, I spoke no Italian. On a recent trip to Italy was able to speak and understand Italian in many different settings. I can now also read and understand explanations in museums.
