I became interested in business and technology at university. I earned a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from University of Illinois and started my career as a Corporate Trainer and Executive Coach. I have worked for a variety of organizations teaching English and training employees to effectively utilize new software and implement new policies and procedures. I help professionals achieve positive long term growth. My areas of specialization are Job Interview Preparation, Public Speaking, Confidence Building, and Negotiation. Technology and Innovation.

I have over 21 years of experience teaching, training, and coaching and I have extensive experience with GLOBAL PROFESSIONALS. I have 21 years of management experience gained from running restaurants and entertainment venue. At University of Illinois I was the president of student associations and gave speeches at professional events. After receiving my Master’s Degree I trained employees at University of Illinois and then taught English as a Second Language, American History at the City Colleges of Chicago.
Currently I focus on helping PROFESSIONALS and EXECUTIVES expand their vocabulary, utilize creative terminology, and build confidence in their public speaking abilities.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
All lessons are dynamic and customized to client needs. Topics range from current events, historical data, traditional English grammar and vocabulary material. My teaching style is professional, light hearted, warm, confident and informative. I like to challenge my clients and ask interesting questions that pertain to their field of study. I also create a course Kanban so that progress can be tracked and clients can learn what areas require the most focus. Everything learned in our session will is easily accessible and you will be able revisit old notes and materials to study.
Every session has shared actionable advice and is an opportunity for growth.

Thanks to Andre' for designing the course content based on my needs. It strengthens my most needed communication skills in English. I also feel like I'm learning to behave like a boss from a teacher who has a boss's aura. Although my classes are scheduled early in the morning, Andre' always keeps me awake.
