I passed the DALF C1 exam with flying colors! My speaking (l’expression orale) score was 23/25, a score I never thought was possible when I first started learning French. All thanks to Anthony, really. We worked on the exam for 2 months. Anthony did not hesitate to challenge me to the maximum. We would practice various speaking topics ranging from easy-going, common ones like environment, cultures or social issues to super complex philosophical and existential subjects. Anthony not only listened attentively to my 10-minute presentation and took notes on my mistakes, but also at the same time came up with a ton of thought-provoking debate questions on the spot. I got the real taste of the test environment from the very beginning! Honestly, I was almost disappointed, after surviving Anthony’s bootcamp, the actual speaking test felt like a casual chat over coffee with the jury! Trust me when I say he’s the best person to help you turn existential dread into eloquent French arguments 😂
