Elcidio has a talent to ask the right questions to keep you talking. The perfect exercise for me to improve my Portuguese. Even though he speaks English, he never says a single word in English during the lesson - the whole conversation is in Portuguese. That's very encouraging.

It was really nice working with Elcidio again today! Class was really insightful and left with me a few things to think about! I really appreciate this kind of class because it goes much further than just Portugues. Improving my language skills will always be the main objective in my conversation classes but it's really nice to sometimes be in a class where I forget that I'm even learning a different language because I'm enjoying the insighful conversations so much. I'm really looking forward to the next one!

Elcidio is a wonderful teacher. He is friendly, patient and fun to talk to. He corrects me when needed, but also gives me enough time to think and form a sentence. We easily find topics to talk about, and it's interesting to learn about each other's different experiences and cultures. I also really like that he sometimes types out corrections or suggestions while we're talking, so I can absorb all the information I need. All in all, I highly recommend Elcidio. :)
