▶Students are from over 40 countries, age from 5 to 73 years old. They are international schools students, overseas students in universities, and lots of housewives, businessmen who are living in Shanghai.

● Courses at all levels are included, such as Pinyin for beginners, tailor-made basic survival Chinese topics, practical daily conversations. I helped many students to pass HSK test of all levels, and many businessman solving their communication problems with Chinese.
● We will focus on your listening, pronunciation, organizing correct sentences, speak proper sentences based on the cultural background. We could also learn Chinese Characters if you want be able to read Chinese.

Lovely patient knowledgeable teacher. Always have a bit of a laugh even when we might be discussing heavier topics. Almost 5 years now as her student and I still look forward to have lessons every week.

Teacher Ria is exceptionally good at using my attempts to explain ideas in Mandarin by providing necessary vocabulary. She keeps the conversation going by asking further questions at a level I should be able to understand which both shows interest in what I am saying, and encourages me to speak more.

Ria is fantastic. As language learners, practicing output is hard and basically the biggest reason to work with a tutor on iTalki, and Ria gets this. Ria is a great conversationalist and experienced. Above all, Ria's so patient, even in those moments where you spend 30 seconds trying to stutter out a semi-familiar sentence structure you want to practice.

Excellent teacher. Explains grammar and pronunciation, humorous and easy to speak with. She has challenged me with different exercises to improve my mandarin.
