Ilaria is an excellent teacher. She is very patient when I make the same mistakes, and with that patience she corrects me until I stop making them. I like the structure and the feedback notes she given me at the end, so I have something to work on for the next lesson.

I couldn’t make the lesson as I was stuck in a traffic jam on the motorway but Ilaria exchanged messages and voice messages with me so that I was practicing my Italian conversation (and being gently corrected) for the whole lesson time. In the circumstances it was a very good lesson.
