I have tried several teachers in my last 18 months or so of study, and I can absolutely say that Chienyu is one of the most delightful people I have had the pleasure of speaking to – teacher or otherwise. Conversation with her is natural, entertaining, educational, and is always filled with warmth, positivity, and humour. From our first lesson, Chienyu has excelled at finding the exact level of Mandarin at which I am comfortable speaking, while being able to push me out of my comfort zone in a way that is both satisfying and challenging. I honestly can't recommend Cheinyu enough.

CHIENYU 老師很耐心，很容易交談。 她糾正了我的錯誤。 她的解釋也很清楚！ 她也是一個很有趣的人！ 謝謝 Chienyu is a very caring a patient teacher who is very easy to talk to! She mixes conversation with mistake correction and explains grammar clearly! She's also a very interesting person with good stories! Thank you teacher!

Anyone that has taken a class with teacher Lin by now knows she is the best! Well prepared, organized, helpful, supportive and her classes are a blast. Unfortunately she likes 皮蛋 😂, but everything else is just awesome :)

Good to see Chienyu老師　after taking a long pause from my studies. We were are able to have a nice catch up chat. She also prepare a Powerpoint and listening that was perfect for the level I told her I was at. Looking forward to the next lesson.

My first lesson with ChienYu was great! She immediately made me feel comfortable from the start, and five minutes in we were already laughing and having a good time. We did a few exercises to assess my strengths/weaknesses, and she made sure to check in to ensure I was understanding everything while we discussed my goals with Mandarin. She is going to send me homework that we can review in class and even offered to help me with practicing (hand)writing, a skill that's often neglected and that I haven't been able to get help with since I took in-person classes. I have no doubt she will be able to help me progress in every area, and I am looking forward to our next lesson! 謝謝老師，很開心見面妳！
