What a fantastic teacher! She really knows how to teach while also keeping the conversation going. She keeps needless grammar explanations to a minimum and instead helps you get the structures down via repetition. I LOVE this method of teaching :)

The lessons with Shoko greatly help me improve my Japanese speaking and listening skills. Most importantly, there is always an environment where I feel like it's totally fine to make mistakes and ask for explanations. The conversational flow across different topics is preserved thanks to an adequate amount of grammar explanations whenever necessary and vocabulary hints.
