Currently living in beautiful Malaga, Spain.
I have been teaching on Italki for akmost 4 years. My degree is in English.
The majority of my career has been either Teaching English or caring for elderly people/ disabled people.
I know how challenging learning a new language is because at the moment I am B2 in Spanish , and it is so hard to not make mistakes!
I enjoy hiking with my friends, having Tapas, dancing and travel.
Interested in social justice and engage in activism for fair health care.

Thanks to Joan, I feel at ease when I try to speak English. She's kind, patient, and helpful. Even if you can't clearly explain what you want to say, she immediately understands and helps you.

I am convinced that Joan is truly the best English teacher one could hope for. Each lesson with her is so engaging and dynamic that time seems to fly by—I always look forward to our next session.
