Hello to all you amazing students there,
I am Nikos and I'm from the historical country of Greece. More precisely from the small and beautiful town of Sérres in Macedonia, Greece.
I was raised in Bavaria, Germany and now live in Colombia. Due to my multicultural background, I speak 4 different languages: English, Modern Greek, Spanish, and of course, German.
I grew up in Germany without knowing a word of German. I switched from a Greek to a German school when I was only 9 years old. I experienced my first greatest challenge in my life. In just one year at a German school, I managed to adapt and improve my German to a very good level. It wasn't easy but it was worth it and a great success.

I can't praise Nikos enough as a tutor nor can I recommend him enough - he's a fantastic teacher! He's brilliant at what he does and is very patient. Not only that, but he also makes the lessons very fun and takes a great deal of interest in his students, their hobbies and preferences. This tailored experience makes the learning process not only effective but also very, very fun! I don't doubt that under Nikos' tutelage, I will become fluent in german one day and i look forward to having many more lessons with him. Tausend dank Nikos! Wir sehen uns in der nächsten Klasse bro!

Absolutely fantastic! It's clear he has passion for helping people learn German, which is not always the case with all tutors on Italki. You can easily tell he takes this seriously and has even gone over time to explain something. I've booked all my future lessons with him! He's definitely an excellent teacher :)
