I specialise in weaving Indonesian language with Borneo’s rainforest wisdom—where grammar meets ancestral stories and scientific curiosity dances with tradition. Growing up foraging and learning from my mother’s oral heritage, I teach Indonesian as a living tapestry: immersive, interconnected, and rooted in the rhythms of nature. With a background in Biology and Sustainable Development, my lessons blend structure with soul. My teaching experience spans both formal and informal settings—from international schools in Bali to over five years of private tutoring. Being myself a science journalist and a travel writer, I was first attracted by Diana’s profile who, in addition of being a teacher, is also a biologist and a poet. So many skills and qualities that she uses for her teaching, making my study a moment of pleasure during which I make progress in Indonesian much faster than I hoped or imagined. A choice that really I do not regret.
