David is by far the best teacher I have spoken with on italki, every class I have so many laughs and learn so much. I can't recommend him enough.

I booked a few trial lessons on italki with the goal of finding someone to have fun conversations with, where I can pick up casual "everyday colloquial" Spanish, and the phrases, idioms, and slang that is so integral to fluency. I already have someone that teaches grammar but I needed someone to shoot the breeze with me! And I couldn't have picked someone better than David. He is so funny and interesting and always has something new to talk about. We laugh so much in our lessons. He is really good at slowing down when an idea or phrase is more complicated (and also speaks English fluently so he can explain it with more nuance if needed). I feel like there are so many good tutors and teachers on this platform but somehow I was able to find one of the best with David! I highly recommend booking with him!
