I’m Naomi, a Hebrew teacher based in Jerusalem, and I help learners of all levels make sense of the language and the culture behind it. I hold an MA in Linguistics from the Hebrew University and a BA in Italian Studies.
In our lessons, we’ll build a strong grammatical foundation, but balance it with slang, songs, literature, and the delightful chaos of everyday Israeli speech. Whether you're learning Hebrew for work, travel, exams, or just to survive a Friday dinner with relatives, I’ll help you develop real skills.Che tipo di insegnante sono

My passion for languages fuels an approach that emphasizes speaking, writing, and listening from the very first lesson. I believe anyone can learn Hebrew with the right guidance. My teaching style is personalized, focused on your unique goals and interests, whether that's reading Hebrew poetry or finally understanding what is דווקא. Amazing Hebrew teacher! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and organized. We stayed in Hebrew the entire time, but she wasn't shy to use English now and then to clarify. Google doc with examples of sentences / structures we discussed. Outstanding.

I have had a wonderful experience taking lessons from Naomi. She is an excellent teacher and a brilliant conversationalist. I like her rhythm and I feel that she uses our time in a very effective manner. After two years of learning Hebrew with different teachers I can definitely say that I am very lucky to have found Naomi!
