Hi, I am Adinda. I was born and raised in the Netherlands and living abroad now, I miss my mother language. Thus iTalki is a perfect opportunity to speak and teach it. Secondly, I have a passion for English, originally born out of my love for English literature. I have some teaching experience in English as a voluntary tutor for high school students. Further, I have given classes on public speaking and love to teach. Having studied English, German, French, and Arabic throughout my life, I'm very familiar with common language learning pitfalls and techniques. I'm naturally patient and unintimidating (which is surprisingly important in language learning). Finally, flexibility is important to me, so if a weekly class doesn't suit you, I'm open to teaching at a different pace, no big deal.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
I want you to feel welcomed to tailor classes to your needs. However, if you have little idea of where to start, I would suggest that, depending on your level:
- Beginner: we go through basic conversations that you would need to survive in an English-/Dutch-speaking country. By doing so, we explore some useful vocabulary and I will gradually introduce the main grammar rules.
- Intermediate/Advanced: I would like to have conversations about different, increasingly complex subjects. I will correct any grammar mistakes and suggest improvements in vocabulary and phrasing. We can also go through written materials together to practice reading comprehension.

Adinda is a lovely tutor, a fun, relaxed and kind conversation partner; i'd recommend anyone from beginner to advanced level to book with her. Really worth it :)

Ook al was er een wifi-probleem in haar kamer, ze deed haar best. Eén ding dat ik jammer vond, is dat er een probleem was met de chatruimte, zodat ik kon zien wat ze daar schreef
