My name is Ellie! I am a level 5 TEFL certified English teacher and I am passionate about teaching you skills on how to improve your communication skills using the English language. I am naturally a kind and loving person. I love exploring different cultures and this is the perfect way to do it, as we are unable to travel as much. I try to link my love of children, art and cooking into my lessons. Exploring these interests brings me lots of joy I hope to share with my future students.

Che tipo di insegnante sono

I am a very patient and dedicated teacher. My main goal as a teacher is to allow the student the freedom to explore the English language and to not be afraid of making mistakes as I am there to guide them. I will make sure that the student has every resource available to them to help them learn something new in each and every session. As a teacher I will help students make considerable progress that even they notice. In this way it aims to keep students motivated as their leaning environment will be a positive progressive one.

Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento

In my lessons I like to use a student driven teaching style by asking students to develop SMART goals which they come up with. My job is then to act as a coach to motivate them, provide them with suitable resources and to remind them of their goals to keep then striving to do better. I will use materials such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, screen sharing and visual aids to enhance the students learning experience. I will also provide homework assignments after each lesson to solidify what was taught in the lesson and review at the beginning of our next session.
