Hi, my name is Ákos! I was born and raised in Hungary and lived in Scotland for 12 years. My experience abroad gave me firsthand insight into learning and using a second language, which helps me teach Hungarian effectively. Born and raised in Hungary, I’ve been passionate about sharing my native language and culture with others. Since 2020, I’ve been teaching Hungarian and English online.

My first trial lesson with Ákos was very enjoyable and a great starting point to my journey to learn Hungarian. He was very well organised and patient which made the lesson more enjoyable.

Ákos is a patient, knowledgable, and kind instructor! He meets students at their level and then adds a little bit at a time, so that your learning is always ongoing and cumulative. Highly recommended :)
