My name is Lucia, a native Chinese speaker. I am a college student from Nanjing, majoring in TCSOL. I can speak standard mandarin, English, and a little Japanese. I have a wide range of interests, such as painting, handicraft, games, movies, animation, music, reading... I'm always curious about  things. I am a lover of Chinese culture, but also a lover of world culture. So in my class, you can not only learn Chinese, but also Chinese traditional culture. I am sure that I am a very warm and patient teacher, as long as you want to learn Chinese, want to understand Chinese culture, come to my class, and become friends with me, you will neve reget. My Lessons Conersation Practice 口语练习 Ancient Chinese Poems and Lyrics 中国古典诗词 Chinese Traditional Food and Clothing Culture 中国传统美食和服饰文化 Teaching Style The class is lively and interesting. It will not always talk about boring knowledge, but will combine knowledge with life culture. In the process of teaching, I will try my best to guide students to speak, communicate, and develop the good habit of having the courage to speak. After class, I also assign some homework for students to consolidate what they have learned in class.

I really enjoyed today's class! She is really easy-going, helpful, understanding and patient. I recommend Lucia to anyone who isn't confident in their Chinese level and wants to practise their Chinese with a non-judgmental teacher that will provide them with useful feedback at the end of every lesson. :)

Lucia is a fantastic teacher who is easy going and extremely patient! She is very helpful in answering questions and providing support during the lesson. I recommend if you want to learn to practice speaking and learn more about Chinese culture and history at the same time!

Very easy to talk to and very patient. It takes me some time to gather my thoughts and remember certain words and she provided a comfortable space to think when I needed to.
