Allen is very friendly and easy to talk to. We started off by chatting a little in Mandarin, Allen was good at checking he understood what I was trying to say when I had a little trouble getting my words out. Then we started on some Cantonese basics, using a mix of English and Mandarin, which is what I was hoping for. The lesson went just like I wanted it to. I look forward to the next one!

My pronunciation definitely improved as well as reading of the characters. When asked, he will assign homework and then check it and point out any errors.
