I passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test in 2017.
And started teaching Japanese at a cram school in Taiwan.

To me, the term 'teacher' can feel a bit bossy. However, I believe in an equal relationship with my students. In my lessons, I don't adopt a style of 'teaching to you,' but more of a 'gym trainer who wholeheartedly supports your learning.' Midori is an excellent Japanese teacher who knows how to inspire and motivate her students. Not only have I learned the Japanese language under her tutelage, but I have also gained a deep understanding of Japanese culture and popular elements, which have helped me integrate into the local society. We had a fun lesson today. I like that she doesn't force a fast pace, she takes care to use old grammar when we converse, and review recent grammar. Today's lesson was about using a piece of grammar to convey emotion. She was helpful in explaining ideal situations to use it.
