-We will determine the lesson content through counseling.

-If you would like to reschedule the lesson, please contact me over 24 hrs before.
12時間(じかん)以内(いない)のキャンセルは50%、無断(むだん)でレッスンをキャンセルした/15分以上(いじょう)現(あらわ)れない場合(ばあい)、レッスンフィーを100%請求(せいきゅう)します。
-If you cancel the lesson with in 12 hrs before 50%, without permission/no show more than 15mins, you will be charged 100%.

We discussed Studio Ghibli and the difficulty of acquiring tickets. Sayumi-san found a good reference explaining the difference between なら and たら. We then finished up the practice exercises for Lesson 15 in Genki 2. Thank you for all the help!

We talked about my trip to Oahu and Ala Moana. Sayumi-san recognized Ala Moana from her trip to Oahu in the past. We then discussed different places to eat in Waikiki.

It was fun conversing about なら vs たら and the new Wicked movie that just came out! We then talked about different Japanese animated films from Studio Ghibli to ones set near or using Sayumi-san's prefecture as a model.

We talked about what I cooked last night and how the fish tasted. We also had a fun conversation about airplane seats and the types of airplanes we both fly in. Thanks and see you on Monday (Tuesday in Japan)!

We discussed another injury that I've had over the years. This led to a conversation about tendons around the foot and heel. Then Sayumi-san helped me with qualifying nouns with sentences.

We talked about the latest Attack on Titan movie and the storyline for the whole series. Sayumi-san also helped me understand how to use そう with verbs. Finally, we discussed popcorn and how arare is found both in Japan and Hawaii.
